Micro Hardness Testers

Our portfolio includes a complete range of high-quality Hardness testers. The micro hardness testers for Vickers, Knoop and Brinell cover a test load range from 0.25 g to 62.5 kg. All hardness testers are equipped with an intuitive software that allows easy operation, analysis, and documentation of results. Turrets with either 6 or 8 different test diamonds or lenses can be mounted, which makes switching between Vickers, Knoop and Brinell hardness testing very simple. There are available models from semi-automatic application to fully automation.

The innovative premium serie promises perfect automation and comes with a high-precision positioning control for all three axis systems. All 3 axes are equipped with the direct, optical path measuring system as standard. The axes and turret can be positioned to an accuracy of 1.5 μm, so even thin layers, or special testing or analytical coordinates, can be repeatedly and accurately approached. Flexible XYZ progressions for thousands of analysis points allow for exceptionally high throughput without operator intervention. The high-end laboratory devices of the latest generation combine the best of both worlds – hardness testing and microscopy without compromise and with maximum operating convenience. The revolutionary optical system with color camera provides reproducible and reliable results every time.

Custom made test in line systems are available too. Each solution is devised by a team of specialists with expertise in automation and is subject to professional project management from start to finish.

The analysis is made by an user-friendly software. The wide range of clamping devices and accessories will meet your requirements to any your request. The validity of the results can be checked via steel and aluminum high-quality hardness test blocks with DAKKS certificate.
